Sweet Potato Wedges with Paprika

1) Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas 6.

2) Scrub and cut 1 sweet potato (around 200g) into wedges (leave the skin on). Place on a baking sheet and brush each wedge with vegetable oil and sprinkle over a little paprika.

3) Roast for 25-30 minutes until the wedges feel tender when skewered with a fork.
